First and foremost, if you are serious about kicking your training up a gear, you need to make sure that you’re actually enjoying the workouts and activities you’re taking part in.
Far too many people force themselves to workout and go through routines and activities that they don’t really enjoy, all because they happen to be beneficial.
Despite being beneficial, the simple fact of the matter is that if you aren’t enjoying the workouts or activities you perform, you won’t really commit 100% and your head won’t bein the game either.
One way of taking your workouts up a level and really stepping up the intensity is to find workouts and activities that are fun and that you actually enjoy.
If you’re having fun and are enjoying yourself, you’ll have more motivation and you’ll work harder.
